By accessing or using the services of TerraBlade Delano Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our artificial grass installation and related services.

Services Provided

TerraBlade Delano Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services including but not limited to residential turf, commercial turf, pet turf systems, putting greens, playground turf, sports turf, turf removal and replacement, and paver with turf installations. All services are performed in Delano, CA and surrounding areas.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation unless other payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

Installation and Warranty

We take pride in our workmanship and use quality materials for all installations. Installation timelines provided are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or material availability. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Warranty terms vary by product and service. Specific warranty information will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship but do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing any obstacles or valuables that could be damaged during installation. You must also ensure that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins, though we can assist with this process if requested.

You agree to provide accurate information about your property including existing irrigation systems, underground utilities, and any other relevant site conditions. Failure to disclose this information may result in additional charges or delays.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has begun, you may be responsible for costs incurred up to that point. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

TerraBlade Delano Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We carry appropriate insurance but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities or structures not disclosed prior to beginning work.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
